Folders keep your Workly Drive organized. Create folders, color-code them, and nest them as deeply as you need.
Create a new folder
- Open Drive (or the parent folder you want to create inside)
- Click the Add button
- Choose New Folder
- Enter a folder name
- Optionally add a description and pick a color
- Click Create
Color-code folders
Choosing a color when creating a folder makes it easier to scan a long list. Use colors to mark importance, project, team, or status.
Open and navigate
Click a folder to open it. Use the breadcrumb at the top of Drive to jump back to any parent folder.
Rename or move
- Rename — Right-click the folder and choose Rename
- Move — Select the folder and click Move in the action bar, then pick the destination
Tip — create folders right where you need them
You can right-click the empty area inside any folder to bring up the quick menu and create a sub-folder without leaving the current view.
