Customise your Workly task list by reordering columns and controlling which ones are visible. Every team member can set up their view to match their workflow.
Reorder columns
In List view, drag column headers left or right to rearrange them. Put the columns you use most on the left side for easier access.
Column visibility
Open the Attribute Visibility dialog to control which columns are shown:
- Click the column visibility button in the project toolbar
- Toggle each column’s visibility switch
- Changes take effect immediately
Default columns
Every project includes these built-in columns:
- Task Name — Always visible
- Status — Current task status
- Priority — Priority level
- Assignee — Who’s responsible
- Due Date — Task deadline
Custom columns
Any custom fields you create (text, number, select, multi-select, date, people) appear as additional columns. You can show or hide each one independently.
Per-project settings
Column order and visibility settings are saved per project. Each project can have its own column arrangement that suits its specific workflow.
