Email verification
After creating your account, you receive a verification email:
- Check your inbox for the Workly verification email
- Click the verification link
- Your email is confirmed
A verified email ensures you can recover your account and receive important notifications.
Reset your password
If you forget your password:
- Go to the Workly login page
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter your registered email
- Check your inbox for the reset link
- Set a new password
Change your password
To change your current password:
- Go to Account Settings
- Navigate to Security or Password
- Enter your current password
- Set a new password
- Click Save
Sign in with Google
If you signed up with Google, your authentication is handled through your Google account. You don’t need a separate Workly password — just click Sign in with Google on the login page.
