Mistakes happen. Workly provides an undo feature that lets you reverse actions and restore deleted items, so you never have to worry about accidentally losing work.
Undo deleted tasks
When you delete a task, an undo notification appears at the bottom of the screen. Click Undo to instantly restore the task with all its data — subtasks, comments, attachments, and custom field values.
Undo deleted sections
Deleting a section also shows an undo option. Restoring a section brings back all the tasks that were inside it.
Undo on the dashboard
If you accidentally rearrange dashboard cards, click the Undo button to restore the previous layout.
How it works
- The undo notification appears for a limited time after the action
- Clicking Undo restores the item completely with all its data
- If you don’t click Undo, the deletion becomes permanent
- Undo works for tasks, subtasks, sections, and layout changes
