Workly brings intelligent automation directly into your workspace through AI agents and integrations. Connect specialised agents to handle repetitive tasks, surface insights, and supercharge your team’s productivity.
AI agents
AI agents are specialised assistants that integrate with your Workly workspace to help with specific types of work. Each agent is designed for a particular domain.
Available agents
- Accountant Agent — Helps with financial tasks, expense tracking, and reporting. Streamline bookkeeping and get financial insights directly within Workly.
- Leadership Agent — Provides analytics and insights for team leads and managers. Track team performance, workload distribution, and productivity metrics.
- Product Agent — Assists with product management workflows. Manage product roadmaps, feature requests, and prioritisation decisions.
- RFP Agent — Automates proposal and RFP (Request for Proposal) processes. Generate, review, and manage proposals more efficiently.
- Support Agent — Helps with customer service workflows. Manage support tickets, generate responses, and track customer issues.
Connect an agent
- Go to the Agents page from the sidebar
- Browse the available agents
- Click Connect on the agent you want to enable
- Follow the setup prompts to configure the agent
Once connected, agents work in the background and surface relevant information and actions within your workspace.
Integrations
Workly connects with your existing tools through integrations. Connect your accounts to bring external data and functionality into Workly.
Google Workspace
Connect your Google account to integrate with:
- Google Gmail — Access your email alongside your work in Workly
- Google Drive — Attach and share Google Drive files directly within tasks and chat
- Google Calendar — Sync your Workly meetings with Google Calendar and view all your events in one place
Connect an integration
- Go to the Agents page (integrations are listed alongside agents)
- Find the integration you want to connect
- Click Connect or Integrate
- Authorise access through the provider’s sign-in screen (e.g. Google sign-in)
You can also connect integrations during workspace setup.
Manage connections
View and manage your connected integrations from the Agents page. You can:
- See the connection status of each integration
- Connect additional accounts for the same provider
- Disconnect an integration to revoke access
- View connection details like permission level and expiry date

What AI agents are available in Workly?
Workly offers specialised AI agents including Accountant Agent (financial tasks), Leadership Agent (team analytics), Product Agent (product management), RFP Agent (proposal automation), and Support Agent (customer service). New agents are added regularly.
How do I connect Google Calendar to Workly?
Go to the Agents page, find Google Calendar in the integrations list, and click Connect. You’ll be taken to a Google sign-in screen to authorise access. Once connected, your Workly meetings will sync with Google Calendar.
Can I disconnect an integration later?
Yes, go to the Agents page, find the connected integration, click Manage Connections, and select Disconnect. This revokes Workly’s access to the connected service. You can reconnect at any time.
