Meeting details — recordings, transcripts, and notes

After any meeting in Workly, the meeting detail page collects everything in one place — recordings, transcripts, AI notes, and attendee info.

Access meeting details

Go to the Meetings page and click on any meeting to open its detail page.

What you’ll find

  • Title and status — Scheduled, Live, or Ended
  • Date, time, and duration
  • Organiser — Who created the meeting
  • Attendees list — Who was invited and who attended
  • Meeting link — Copy the link to share with others

Recording

If the meeting was recorded, the recording is available on the detail page. Click Play to watch or Download to save it.

Transcript

Workly AI generates a full transcript of the meeting conversation. The transcript shows who said what, with timestamps for easy navigation.

AI-generated meeting notes

The AI analyses the transcript and generates:

  • Agenda summary — Key topics discussed
  • Key decisions — Important decisions made
  • Follow-up actions — Next steps identified
  • Extracted tasks — Action items that can be turned into tasks

Meeting actions

  • Start / Join — Start or join the meeting (if scheduled or live)
  • Edit — Modify meeting details (organiser only)
  • Delete — Cancel the meeting (organiser only)
